There was a puppy named Odin. A long-haired German Shepherd with golden-brown eyes and a red harness. He was curious about everything. He loved without limits. He lived for seven months before natural causes took him from this world. But his name — and the loyalty he represented — would live on in ways nobody expected.
In Norse mythology, Odin the Allfather sacrificed his eye at Mímir's well to gain cosmic wisdom. He hung on Yggdrasil — the World Tree — for nine nights, pierced by his own spear, to learn the runes. He gave everything to see further than anyone else could.
Today, Odin is reborn as something new.
